Through his Hobart OBGYN office, Dr. Stephen Bradford offers a full array of gynaecology and women’s health services, including routine check-ups, as well as more complex management of symptoms and surgical interventions. He provides general, as well as more specific obstetrics and gynaecology care to address any concerns patients might be experiencing with their female reproductive organs, in pregnant and non-pregnant states alike.

Stephen will attend to you with the greatest of care to ensure your complete comfort during the diagnostics and intervention processes and works with only the most advanced, evidence-based treatments and equipment to ensure accurate, efficient and quick results.

Stephen treats women of all ages and backgrounds and can help with many gynaecological concerns, including evaluation, treatment and management of abnormal pap tests, sexually transmitted infections, absent or irregular menstrual cycles, menstrual, intercourse or pelvic pain, urinary or vaginal infections and many more concerns.

Stephen offers in-room procedures as well as surgical procedures in order to address more complex and detailed concerns.

  • Laparoscopic treatment of endometriosis
  • Prolapse surgery including anterior and posterior vaginal wall repairs, sacrospinous colpopexy and Le Forts procedure
  • Stress incontinence procedures (including MONARC®)
  • Permanent contraception including laparoscopic tubal ligation and hysteroscopic tubal occlusion (ESSURE®)
